About Robert Dooley
Rob is a 35+ year member of the CBOT/CME and has built his career as a treasury derivatives trader. He is a former managing director at Chicago Research and Trading, founder and partner at Quiet Light Securities, managing director at CitiGroup-Derivatives, and is currently the managing director at NorthTrading Co. With decades of trading and risk management experience across multiple proprietary trading roles, Rob has gained extensive expertise on two world-class exchanges.
Rob is a Yale graduate, as well as a former college athlete who had the opportunity to pursue a career in the NFL. He is a proud father of 6, and a grandfather of 5. A lifelong Chicagoan, he raised his family in the Sauganash community.
