Advice That Travels With You

Financial Planning That Crosses Borders

Moving abroad, coming home, or investing from another country entirely, each comes with its own maze of jurisdiction restrictions, tax treaties, and retirement account rules that shift depending on where you live and who you are to the tax authorities involved.

We work with individuals and couples on both sides of that maze: U.S. citizens living overseas, non-U.S. citizens investing stateside, and clients in the middle of a move in either direction. The starting point is different for everyone, but the goal is the same: a plan that keeps your wealth on track even overseas.

Our clients don't have to translate their finances between countries themselves. That's our job.

Built for Life Across Borders

Services Built for International Clients

Investment Management, Wherever You Live

We tailor your portfolio to your unique situation. The portfolios are built to hold up across currencies and jurisdictions, not just designed for a single country's market.

Planning That Adjusts to Your Situation

Whether you're single, married, relocating, or already settled abroad, your plan is built around your residency and citizenship status, not a generic template.

Estate Plans That Cross Borders Cleanly

As a US expat, inheritance and asset transfer laws can look completely different depending on which country you're living in. We handle U.S. estate plans and coordinate around how they interact with foreign inheritance laws, so your U.S. estate plan holds up no matter where you live.

Real Familiarity With Tax Treaties

Something as basic as an IRA can be treated in entirely different ways once you cross a border, and the wrong assumption can be costly. We're well-versed in how cross-border tax treaties, including the US–Australia agreement, can affect your financial plan, and we coordinate with your tax and legal professionals to make sure your plan reflects those rules.

A Custodian That Can Actually Hold Your Assets

Most U.S. custodians won't open accounts for clients living outside the country, leaving international clients without many options. While we aren't a custodian ourselves, we maintain relationships with reputable custodians who are able to serve clients in approved jurisdictions.

Private Banking & Low-Rate Lending

Interest expenses can be one of the largest expenses in an individual’s life. Our partnerships with elite teams at lending institutions allow our clients to secure low-interest loans, including mortgage loans, pledged asset lines (PAL) of credit, and other private lending options.
