Bill joined Chicago Partners in 2020, after having spent over 25 years at Chicago Equity Partners, where he was Director on the Portfolio Management team.  At Chicago Equity Partners, he was lead portfolio manager for the firm’s small cap products and covered stocks in the Technology sector for all of the firm’s equity offerings.  Bill also led the ESG investing efforts at the firm.

After completing his undergraduate education at the University of North Carolina, Bill earned the Master of Management (MM) degree from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.  He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter and the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) charter and is a member of both societies.
