About Jack Reynolds

Prior to joining Chicago Partners | Wealth Advisors, John M. (Jack) Reynolds was the Founder and Managing Partner of Reynolds Group, Private Investment Counselors, LLC (RGPIC). Jack’s approach to wealth management focuses on the wealth environment of high-net-worth individuals, families, and private foundations. Specifically, Jack counsels his clients on the performance of their advisers, works to improve interdisciplinary decision-making processes, and performs in-depth risk analysis of their portfolios. His approach to managing advisers and decision-making processes across multiple disciplines helps clients gain control of their wealth environment and better position their long-term investment, philanthropic, governance, and estate goals.

For the past 30-plus years, Jack has helped exceptional clients navigate the dynamics of a complex and sometimes turbulent wealth environment by providing highly customized fiduciary and decision-making counsel. In addition to helping with their long-term wealth management goals, clients can gain fiduciary confidence, develop an understanding of investment practices and avoid headline risk.

Jack’s extensive and unique combination of investment, legal and entrepreneurial expertise in the high-net-worth and private foundation marketplaces has fostered beneficial long-term relationships with both clients and colleagues. Prior to launching RGPIC, Jack was a Senior Managing Director of Cambridge Associates, responsible for preserving and enhancing wealth for private clients and foundations with assets between $100 million and $3 billion. As Vice President and Principal of North American Management Corporation, a multi-family office, Jack developed financial plans, conducted securities analyses, and managed portfolios for private clients and their related entities. Jack co-founded and is a former Board member of Bright Horizons Family Solutions, the largest provider of worksite childcare in America. As a management consultant at Bain & Company, Jack developed and implemented competitive strategies for Fortune 1000 companies. Prior to that, he practiced corporate law in Boston.

Jack earned a JD and MBA from Columbia University in New York, and a BS from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School in Philadelphia. He graduated from The Gunnery in Washington, Connecticut where he served on the Board for 13 years. In addition to his professional experience, Jack has served as a fiduciary for family trusts and as the co-manager of a sophisticated family limited liability investment company.
