How We Use This Information

The information you submit through the AFP Fact Finder is secure and confidential. We use this information to begin your comprehensive financial audit. This is the first step in developing your financial and cash flow plan.

What will I need to complete the Fact Finder?

The AFP Fact Finder asks for comprehensive information about your income, expenses, assets, savings, and insurance.

• Depending on complexity, completion may take between 30-60 minutes. Note: Please give yourself time as the AFP Fact Finder does not have a “save and return later” option.
• Having insurance, investment or mortgage statements in PDF format to upload is recommended and will help our team ensure data accuracy.
• We will review and discuss all of your answers with you during the planning process to ensure we understand you & your situation.
• Please know if you would prefer to go through this step with your advisor we welcome the opportunity to walk through this step together.

What if I am unsure of an answer?

Answer to the best of your knowledge! Rest assured during the Advanced Financial Planning Process that you and your advisor will carefully review and refine information you provide together.
