We are looking for a Senior Operations Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong skillset in coordinating complex operational tasks and communicating with clients and wealth advisors at all levels of the company. The primary focus of this position is on internal tasks, processes, and procedures.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
• Discretionary Bonuses (upon eligibility)
• Employer contribution to health insurance
• 3% 401(k) Safe Harbor contribution
• Paid Time Off (PTO)

Responsibilities:

• Respond to client and advisor requests, handling complex operational tasks
• Facilitate the full lifecycle of alternative investment transactions, including new subscriptions, capital calls, registration maintenance, and exemptions
• Participate in improving and enhancing company workflows and operational efficiency
• Provide training and support to new team members, ensuring consistency in operational execution
• Learn and comply with regulatory requirements and best practices

Qualifications:

• (Required) 2 - 3 years of experience in the financial industry (RIA preferred)
• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude
